The Babogaya Lake Viewpoint Lodge is in Bishoftu, 50 km South of Addis Ababa, connected by the highway. This small lodge has 10 rooms in traditional style at several levels in the garden. All year round, you can sit outside day and night! At our veranda with nice view over the lake. The best climate in the world ! 26 degres daytime, 18 degres in the night. Low humidity. This is back to nature. 50 different birds can be observed in the compound. You can use the kayaks and make a tour on the lake. You can also swim in the clear crater lake water of Babogaya. No bilharzias, no danger.
